Sr. Java Web Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced java web developer to support the expansion of our operations. This position will be responsible for supporting the design and development of high availability and redundant applications deployed in a multi-tier clustered environment. Experience with load balancing, session replication, database replication, and fail over are desirable. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in active java web development.

Qualifications:

Three years of experience directing the software development process from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
Three years of experience with object-oriented analysis and design concepts and techniques.
Two years of experience designing and developing Web based applications using technologies such as J2EE (Java Servlets, JSP), java application servers such as Tomcat, Jboss, or other; relational databases such as Postgresql, MySQL, or Oracle; Web Services (SOAP, REST), and JDBC.
Strong experience utilizing JavaScript, and SQL Procedure languages.
Experience with high availability cluster environments that require support for load balancing, session replication, database replication, and fail over techniques.
Strong experience working in a collaborative environment using tools such as CVS and building tools such as Ant.
